I had the great pleasure of being invited by journalist Sophie Moens to her show “BIENTOT A TABLE” to talk about my oil and the work it takes to produce it.

A book dedicated to olive trees and to that noble product that is EXTRA VIRGIN OIL. A world tour to discover 34 producers and their stories. Thirty four olive oils enhanced by the recipes of great chefs, and a tribute both to the land and the people who cultivate it.
